Restaurant was full which in itself speaks volumes. You will not be disappointed if you choose to eat here. Photos were taken after meal had been half demolished. Should have taken them earlier! Brilliant evening - thank you.We were in Ipswich for 2 nights as a family getaway. Went to Golden Panda the first night and their food and service was brilliant. So we went back the second night and the brilliance of food and service was consistent. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Me and my family are a big food fuss and Golden Panda went beyond our expectations. Try their good food and you will enjoy the service as well!!!

Second time here, went last year and now tonight also. Portion sizes were excellent and food was very good indeed. Drinks very reasonable and the service was very friendly and efficient. Total bill was about £35 for dinner for two. Local parking was down by the train station and is free after 6pm. Everything was just as you'd expect from a Chinese restaurant.

There is not much choice for dine in Chinese food in the area... so we were delighted to find that this was really good... very welcoming, friendly and bright staff... and every dish was to a good standard. The portions were "generous"... which meant we ordered far too much... so make sure you turn up with a large appetite !

My partner and I, once again were making our travels of the restaurants of the area. Long have we been looking for a proper Chinese restaurant after finding numerous takeaways. We wanted somewhere friendly, warm and cosy. The Golden Panda delivered that in spades!
On a Saturday evening, without a booking we were seated by the window and welcomed in with some delicious prawn crackers constantly being restocked on our table. Now, people would say it can't be that good if thats not full. We arrived approximately 6pm and the takeaway orders were coming in thick and fast, the door was essentially their own air-conditioning at this point!
It was a beautiful sunny evening and being by the window, we were perfectly situated to absorb Woodbridge and its quaint nature. Parking was probably the most awkward and thats a stretch to call it that, as we parked at Oak Lane and walked up, such an easy distance that my partner who had just left hospital didnt even struggle.
The food selection was impeccable! We shared a portion of ribs in BBQ sauceand Satay chicken skewers in a peanut butter sauce and honestly, that sauce was the creme de la creme of sauces and I would have it on chips, the heathen that I am! We then moved to the mains. We had our very own buffet style on our table with sweet and sour chicken, chicken balls with curry sauce, egg fried rice and beef in a black bean sauce. The beef was cooked perfectly, the sweet and sour sauce was divine and the chicken balls didnt have residual grease that had afflicted us in the past.
Unfortunately, as previously mentioned, my partner had just left hospital and wasn't recovering as quickly as he would have liked. But once again, the Golden Panda exceeded expectations! We explained the situation to them and they bagged everything up for us to take home!
I honestly cannot find or pick any fault with these guys. Their customer service was brilliant! I was incredibly surprised at the price considering how much food we had and not once did they shirk or frown when we asked for their help!
We will not hesitate in coming back here again to really enjoy some of the most delicious Chinese food I have ever tried!
Thank you to everyone at The Golden Panda, Woodbridge. We will be back and I dont know if you consider that a threat or a promise! :D- Food

Cooked to order and the food was beyond expectations. Very tasty, great portion size and great value. Will be making this our new regular take away. The staff were very accommodating and quick. Can’t ask for more.

We did have to wait a while for our food in the restaurant this evening, they were very busy both in the restaurant and with the takeaway. The food was great as always even though they were a chef short. The staff are all pretty young but they remained composed and polite and pulled it out of the bag. We will return happily. Thank-you

Excellent. Staff were welcoming & cheerful, the service was efficient. The food was superb - & portions were generous. The clean & tidy restaurant was comfortably full of evidently happy diners, generating a warm & convivial atmosphere. Our party of four enjoyed a very pleasant & reasonably priced evening at The Golden Panda. Well done!

The large veggie spring rolls are honestly the best spring rolls I've ever had! the staff here are always so polite and helpful and the owner/chef makes the effort to come out and say hello and check how the food was. Such a lovely, family restaurant! :-)Really enjoyed our meal. Had jug of lovely ice water. Lettuce wraps yummy and fun. The prawn pad thai had so many beautiful prawns. The food was very delicious. Lovelyfood and experience. Would definitely recommend.
